A fee of $4.90 has been implemented on all orders from 23 April 2019.
Local orders ship via Aramex, Roadbull or SimplyPost courier services. Delivery can take between 2 to 3 working days.
During public holidays, festive seasons or sale periods, delays can be expected due to high volume. We seek your patience and understanding on this.
Customers who refuse delivery of their package or result in a failed delivery attempt due to incomplete or incorrect information provided; or in exceptional cases will incur a 10% restocking fee deducted from their refund. The original shipping cost will not be refunded. A re-delivery is possible at your own expense, our Customer Care team will be in contact with you for such cases.
International customers can select their options at checkout. Detailed tracking is available for most options except for DHL Packet Plus parcels. Delivery can take between 3 to 14 working days depending on your location.

The price of our shoes does not include taxes or import duties. International customers are responsible for any additional costs imposed by the local government upon delivery to the destination country.
