It may take us up to 3 working days to prepare your order for shipping. You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched. All orders ship from Singapore.

  • Local customers receive complimentary shipping via SF Express courier service on most orders. Delivery can take between 2 to 3 working days.

  • A fee of $3.90 has been implemented from 24 December 2018 on orders for accessories and small items via the same courier service to prevent delays that may be caused by incomplete address and lost mail. This fee will be refunded back to your original payment for purchases above $60.

  • Please write to us if you would like to opt for complimentary normal mail via SingPost - which is beyond our control and liability - and can take up to 7 working days. We will not be held liable for any lost and damaged parcels mailed out via this mode of postage. Please allow up to three weeks for any lost mail to be returned to us.

  • During public holidays, festive seasons or sale periods, delays can be expected due to high volume. We seek your patience and understanding on this.

  • Customers who refuse delivery of their package or result in a failed delivery attempt due to incomplete or incorrect information provided; or in exceptional cases will incur a 10% restocking fee deducted from their refund. The original shipping cost will not be refunded. A re-delivery is possible at your own expense, our Customer Care team will be in contact with you for such cases.

 

International Shipping

International customers can select their options at checkout. Detailed tracking is available for most options except for DHL Packet Plus parcels. Delivery can take between 3 to 14 working days depending on your location.

  • Countries we ship to: Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States of America & Canada.

  • The price of our shoes does not include taxes or import duties. International customers are responsible for any additional costs imposed by the local government upon delivery to the destination country.
