Please note that we are currently unable to accept any self-collection orders.
We will be getting in touch with past customers who have yet to self collect their orders very shortly. Alternatively, if you have placed an order with us in June, we will be happy to extend the complimentary shipping to your past order. Get in touch with us once you have placed your new order to make the necessary arrangements.
Local Delivery *Updated*
Once your order has been dispatched from our studio, it will take 1 to 2 working days to reach you via Roadbull or SF Express courier services. Enjoy complimentary local courier delivery on us the month of June!
Exclusions apply to all accessories and selected homeware which will ship complimentary via normal mail and take 3 to 5 working days to reach you.

All international parcels will take between 3 to 14 working days for delivery using trackable shipping services provided by Airpak, Aramex, Fedex, UPS or SF Express services depending on your location. Shipping prices are calculated based on volumetric weight. Enjoy up to 30% off original shipping rates with our courier partner, DHL, for the month of June!

Customs Charge, Tax and Duties
Please be aware that customs charge, tax and duties may apply to shipments outside Singapore. If you do not receive your order in expected delivery time, please check your post or with your local post office for any customs notice. We will not cover any customs charge, taxes and duties applied to your shipment. We will not be responsible for your package being held by customs.
We are happy to issue a refund for any unused item that is returned in its original condition and packaging (except for sale items) postmarked within 7 days of receiving your item(s) for local orders and 14 days for international orders. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after the days stated above.
To start your return, send a request to Customer Care and prepare your item as per the instructions below:
Ensure that item is in original condition and packaging. A copy of your invoice or order email confirmation must be attached with your return or it will not be processed. Return shipping is to be borne by the sender, kindly retain any proof of postage. Please note that we will not be responsible for any lost or damage during return shipping and highly recommend the use of a trackable and reliable shipping or courier service.
Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you on the status of your return. A standard restocking fee of 10% will be issued on all returned items. Items not received in original condition will incur a restocking fee of up to 60%. Please note that shipping fees are nonrefundable. All approved refunds will be processed to your original mode of payment within 3 to 5 working days.
Exclusions apply to all accessories and jewellery pieces due to sanitary purposes.
Prepaid Return *New*
We are happy to offer an alternative and more reliable return shipping method to ensure the safety and condition of your item via our own courier partner, SF Express. This option allows you the ease of returning your item without worry and is strictly nonrefundable and nontransferable to another order. The standard restocking fee still applies on all Prepaid Return. A shipping label will be sent to you when you get in touch with us on your return.
Exchanges are currently not allowed. We suggest placing a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. You are then welcome to return your original order for a refund.
Defective & Incorrect Items
We sincerely apologise if we sent you a defective or incorrect item.
We will be glad to replace the item(s) for you as long as it is unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return. Kindly retain any proof of postage for reimbursement.
Kindly send a request to Customer Care postmarked within 7 days of receiving your item(s) for local orders and 14 days for international orders with the following information:

2. clear photographs of the defect; or product name, size and colour of the incorrect item received.
